89R9976 AJZ-F By: Hughes S.B. No. 1104 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to fingerprinting requirements for the issuance of dealer general distinguishing numbers to certain persons. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 503, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 503.0292 to read as follows: Sec. 503.0292. FINGERPRINTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN DEALERS. (a) This section applies only to a person who is an applicant for or holds a dealer general distinguishing number for 10 or more locations.
