No. 1110 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to an exemption from certain zoning requirements for developments receiving certain financial assistance administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 211.006, Local Government Code, is amended by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: (g) Subsection (d) does not apply to a property on which a development that has applied for or received tax credits under Chapter 2306, Subchapter DD, Government Code, is located. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
