By: Blanco, et al. S.B. No. 1123 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the prosecution and punishment of the offense of theft of petroleum product. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 31.19, Penal Code, is amended by adding Subsections (e) and (f) to read as follows: (e) An offense described for purposes of punishment by this section is increased to the next higher category of offense if it is shown on the trial of the offense that the actor: (1) organized, supervised, financed, or managed one or more other persons engaged in conduct constituting an offense under
