89R10225 MEW-F By: Middleton S.B. No. 1125 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to creating the criminal offense of criminal pursuit. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 15, Penal Code, is amended by adding Section 15.021 to read as follows: Sec. 15.021. CRIMINAL PURSUIT.
