89R10164 KRM-F By: Alvarado S.B. No. 1178 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to standard permits for certain concrete plants. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
