89R5851 CMO-F By: Perry S.B. No. 1289 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the permissible uses of the Texas water fund. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 15.502(b), Water Code, is amended to read as follows: (b) The board may use the fund only to transfer money to: (1) the water assistance fund established under Subchapter B; (2) the new water supply for Texas fund established under Subchapter C-1;
