89R6012 MPF-F By: Cook, Johnson S.B. No. 1303 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the capacity of minors to consent to contraception-related examination or medical treatment. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
