By: Parker, et al. S.B. No. 1358 (DeAyala) A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to prohibited local regulations regarding certain late-night and overnight deliveries to food service establishments. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 437, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 437.029 to read as follows: Sec. 437.029. PROHIBITED LOCAL REGULATIONS RELATING TO CERTAIN LATE-NIGHT AND OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES TO FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS. Notwithstanding any other law, the department, a
