S.B. No. 1364 AN ACT relating to the repeal of wheelbase and horsepower restrictions for the state's passenger vehicle fleet. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 2158.003, Government Code, is repealed. SECTION 2.
