No. 2706 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to emergency detention by a paramedic of certain persons with mental illness for preliminary examination at a mental health facility. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
