By: Cook S.B. No. 2731 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the qualifications for serving as a member of the board of directors of a municipal utility district. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 54.102, Water Code, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 54.102. QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTORS.
