No. 2746 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a study conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety on the waiting time to obtain certain driver's license services. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. DEFINITION. In this Act, "department" means the Texas Department of Public Safety. SECTION 2. STUDY.
