89R15019 JAM-D By: Cook S.B. No. 2765 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the treatment of a manufactured home as real property. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 1201.2055(a), Occupations Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) In completing an application for the issuance of a statement of ownership, an owner of a manufactured home shall indicate whether the owner elects to treat the home as real property.
