By: Cook S.B. No. 2769 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the prohibited exclusion of certain individuals requiring specialized care from inpatient mental health facilities. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 571, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 571.0091 to read as follows: Sec. 571.0091. PROHIBITED EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS REQUIRING SPECIALIZED CARE.
