BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 5016.0051, Special District Local Laws Code, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 5016.0051. COMPOSITION OF PORT COMMISSION. The port commission is composed of nine [seven] port commissioners. SECTION 2. Section 5016.0052(a), Special District Local Laws Code, is amended to read as follows:
