By: Hall S.B. No. 2777 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a signed acknowledgment of the duties of a member of the Texas Lottery Commission. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 466, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 466.0151 to read as follows: Sec. 466.0151. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF COMMISSION MEMBER DUTIES. (a) An individual appointed as a member of the commission shall, as soon as practicable after the individual's term begins: (1) sign the acknowledgment described by this section prepared and provided by the executive director; and
