89R18223 MZM-D By: Hagenbuch S.B. No. 2806 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to liability for noneconomic damages in connection with a collision with certain motorists. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 72, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, is amended by adding Subchapter C to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER C.
