89R5883 DNC-D By: West S.B. No. 2869 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to prosecutor access to a police officer's personnel file. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
