By: Zaffirini S.B. No. 2901 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the appointment and salary of bailiffs appointed by certain district courts in Webb County. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 53.001 (a), Government Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) Sec. 53.001. MANDATORY APPOINTMENTS.
