89R5260 RDR-F By: Blanco S.B. No. 2931 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the employment of technical assistant superintendents by regional education service centers. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 8, Education Code, is amended by adding Section 8.059 to read as follows: Sec. 8.059. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT. (a) In this section, "qualifying school district" means a school district with fewer than 3,000 enrolled students.
