Bill overview
This bill directs the Librarian of Congress to shift the production and distribution of the Annotated Constitution and its supplemental pocket parts from hardbound versions to digital formats. It repeals existing requirements for the Congressional Research Service to produce hardbound copies and eliminates mandatory printing of additional copies. The digital versions will be made available on the Library of Congress’s public website, with updates occurring every ten years following Supreme Court terms.
