Bill overview
The Deliver for Veterans Act aims to ensure that disabled veterans and members of the Armed Forces receive full coverage for the cost of a vehicle provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Currently, the VA only covers the vehicle’s price, not delivery expenses. This bill would require the VA to include delivery costs when paying for vehicles, making the process more equitable and financially supportive for these veterans. It expands the VA’s authority to cover these associated costs.
