A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to annually submit to the Congress a report that analyzes State and local strategies, activities, and plans that promote affordable housing, and for other purposes.
Congress finds the following:
Section 1205 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 12705d) is amended by adding at the end the following:
An analysis of information described in subsection (a).
Policy recommendations, based on the analysis described in paragraph (1), that the Congress may use to support the implementation of successful State and local strategies, activities, and plans that promote affordable housing.
