A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the detention, inadmissibility, and removal of aliens who commit sexual assault.
This Act may be cited as the Protecting our Communities from Sexual Predators Act
.
Section 236(c)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1226(c)(1)) is amended—
in subparagraph (C), by striking , or
and inserting a comma;
in subparagraph (D), by adding or
at the end; and
by inserting after subparagraph (D) the following:
is inadmissible under section 212(a)(6)(A) or (C) or under section 212(a)(7); and
Section 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
