To amend the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to raise public awareness for skilled trade programs, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Access to Career Counseling for Every Secondary Student Act ACCESS Act

Section 129(b)(2) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3164(b)(2)) is amended by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (E) and (F), respectively, and inserting after subparagraph (C) the following:
Section 129(c)(2)(M) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3164(c)(2)(M)) is amended to read as follows:
