IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to support or facilitate the participation of the Russian Federation in the Group of Seven, and for other purposes.
It is the policy of the United States to exclude the Russian Federation from the Group of Seven or reconstitute a Group of Eight that includes the Russian Federation.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds are authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to take any action to support or facilitate—
the participation of the Russian Federation in a Group of Seven proceeding; or
the reconstitution of a Group of Eight that includes the Russian Federation.
