A BILL
To increase penalties for child pornography.
This Act may be cited as the Holding Child Predators Accountable Act
.
in subsection (a), by striking shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 2252A(b)(1), including the penalties provided for cases involving a prior conviction
and inserting shall be fined and punished by death or imprisoned for life
; and
in subsection (b), by striking shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 2252A(b)(2), including the penalties provided for cases involving a prior conviction
and inserting shall be fined and punished by death or imprisoned for life
.
