To require the Secretary of State to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization.
This Act may be cited as the Muslim Brotherhood Is a Terrorist Organization Act of 2025
.
The Secretary of State shall designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189).
