To amend title 18, United States Code, to ensure requests for data on individuals do not pertain to reproductive services.
This Act may be cited as the Reproductive Data Privacy and Protection Act

Section 2518 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
reproductive or sexual health informationmeans information relating to—
the use or purchase of contraceptives, medication abortion, or any other drug, device, or materials related to reproductive health;
the prescription, recommendation, or distribution of contraceptives, medication abortion, in vitro fertilization, or any other drug, device, or materials related to reproductive health;
