To amend section 237 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for an exception related to protected speech activities.
This Act may be cited as the Land of the Free Act of 2025
.
Section 237(a)(4)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(4)(C)) is repealed.
