To repeal a rule of the Environmental Protection Agency relating to national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants: coal- and oil-fired electric utility steam generating units review of the residual risk and technology review.
This Act may be cited as the Combating Overregulation And Limitation of Proven, Operable, Working Energy Resources Act COAL POWER Act

The final rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency titled National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Utility Steam Generating Units Review of the Residual Risk and Technology Review
(89 Fed. Reg. 38508 (May 7, 2024)) shall have no force or effect and shall be treated as if such rule had never taken effect.
