The Improving Veterans’ Experience Act of 2025 establishes a new office within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), called the Veterans Experience Office. It will collect data, provide strategic guidance, and assess the VA’s online resources and customer service efforts, with a sunset date of September 30, 2028.
