Overview
The Foreign Robocall Elimination Act directs the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to establish a taskforce focused on combating unlawful robocalls originating from outside the United States. This taskforce will study the extent of the problem, identify countries responsible for the calls, and recommend strategies for collaboration with foreign governments and Congress.
