Bill overview
This bill aims to ensure continued funding for a grant program designed to address shortages in the dental workforce across the United States. Specifically, it reauthorizes and increases the funding available for this program, which provides grants to states, territories, and tribal organizations. The bill increases the annual grant amount from $13.9 million to $15 million, effective starting in fiscal year 2026, and continuing through 2030. This will help support dental care access in underserved communities.
