The No More SCAMS Act establishes a Federal Fraud Interagency Task Force to combat fraud involving federal dollars. This task force will investigate fraud allegations, coordinate with law enforcement, develop best practices for agencies to prevent fraud, and share resources to streamline investigations. The Task Force will also submit annual reports to Congress detailing its activities and findings.
