Bill overview
This bill directs the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to create and share resources to help small businesses understand and use artificial intelligence (AI). These resources will be designed to be broadly applicable, technology-neutral, and based on international standards. NIST will work with the Small Business Administration to distribute these resources and will regularly review and update them to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
