Bill overview
This bill amends existing transportation laws to improve safety around roadside crashes and work zones. It expands the Highway Safety and Improvement Program to include data on crashes involving disabled vehicles and occupants, requires the collection and analysis of data on both roadside and work zone crashes, and establishes working groups to develop strategies for reducing injuries and fatalities.
