Bill overview
The No Escaping Justice Act of 2026 aims to hold accountable foreign individuals involved in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking enterprise or efforts to conceal it. The bill requires the President to identify foreign persons who knowingly engaged in severe forms of trafficking in persons related to Epstein, and then imposes sanctions such as asset blocking, visa restrictions, and inadmissibility to the United States. The President can waive these sanctions under specific circumstances, and sanctions can be terminated if a person demonstrates appropriate prosecution, remediation, or a significant change in behavior.
