Bill overview
This bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer a 232.9-acre parcel of National Forest System land in Arizona, known as the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site, to Gila County. The land is to be used exclusively for serving and supporting veterans. Gila County must cover all associated costs, including surveys and environmental assessments, and the transfer will occur via quitclaim deed without any financial exchange. If the land is not used for veteran support, it will revert back to the United States.
