IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
A BILL
To codify a national primary drinking water regulation for PFAS, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the PFAS National Drinking Water Standard Act of 2025
.
The final rule issued by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency titled PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation
(89 Fed. Reg. 32532; April 26, 2024), as in effect on June 25, 2024, shall have the force and effect of law.
