Bill overview
This bill allocates funding for the Department of Homeland Security for fiscal year 2026, with the exception of funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, and certain management oversight activities. The appropriations cover a wide range of agencies within DHS, including the Federal Protective Service, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Coast Guard. Notably, the bill does not provide funding for ICE, CBP, and the Office of the Secretary’s management oversight.
