Bill overview
This bill authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs to acquire a 58-acre parcel of land near Dayton National Cemetery in Ohio. The land will be transferred to the VA at no cost by the Montgomery County Land Bank. The VA intends to use this land to expand the cemetery to accommodate more veterans’ burials. This action is contingent upon the Land Bank making an offer within 30 days.
