To ensure the uninterrupted storage of data sets of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.
This Act may cited as the NOAA Data Preservation Act
.
The conditions described in this subsection are the following:
Collaboration with the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to ensure the uninterrupted protection of such data set.
cloud service providerhas the meaning given the term in section 2200 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 650).
