A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to modify the role and duties of United States Postal Service police officers, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Postal Police Reform Act of 2025
.
Section 3061 of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
in subsection (a), by striking Postal Inspectors and other agents of the United States Postal Service
and inserting Postal Inspectors, Postal Service police officers, and other agents of the United States Postal Service
; and
by amending subsection (c) to read as follows:
