Bill overview
This bill aims to allow healthcare workers, specifically those on H-1B visas, to enter the United States without facing additional restrictions currently imposed by a presidential proclamation. It seeks to exempt these workers from a specific entry restriction related to nonimmigrant workers in the healthcare sector. The bill also ensures that any fees associated with H-1B visas for these healthcare professionals remain at the standard levels outlined in immigration law.
