Bill overview
This bill requires the Director of National Intelligence to develop and submit a plan to strengthen collaboration and coordination with the Mexican government in efforts to combat drug trafficking. It directs intelligence community agencies to assess their relationships with Mexican counterparts and create strategies to improve cooperation. The resulting action plan will be submitted to Congress for review and may include requests for additional resources or changes to existing authorities.
