Overview
The TICKET Act aims to increase transparency in ticket sales by requiring ticket sellers, including those on the secondary market, to clearly disclose the total ticket price, including all fees, at the time the ticket is offered for sale. It also prohibits speculative ticketing practices and establishes rules for refunds when events are canceled or postponed.
