The Pay Our Military Act of 2025 ensures that military personnel, including reservists, and Department of Defense and Homeland Security civilian employees and contractors who support them, continue to receive pay, allowances, and benefits during a government shutdown. It provides continuing appropriations for these payments until regular appropriations are enacted or September 30, 2026. The bill prevents agencies from using these funds while regular appropriations are available and requires that expenditures be charged to future appropriations.
