Bill overview
This bill transfers approximately 72 acres of land in Washington State from the U.S. Forest Service to the Department of the Interior and places it into trust for the Quinault Indian Nation. The land will become part of the Quinault Indian Reservation, and gaming on this land is prohibited. The Department of the Interior will assess the land for hazardous materials, but is not required to clean them up.
