The SkyFoundry Act of 2025 directs the Department of Defense to establish the SkyFoundry Program, aimed at rapidly developing, testing, and manufacturing small unmanned aircraft systems. This program will utilize existing Army Depot facilities and leverage alternative acquisition methods to accelerate production. It includes the creation of an innovation facility for research and development and a production facility capable of annually producing one million unmanned aircraft systems.
